Mobilize Program Hiring Requirements
Mobilize! Work placements are available for summer and winter deployments in the tourism, hospitality or restaurant sectors. Businesses get great people and you get free housing, an unforgettable experience and a paycheck.
While the program has been very popular with millennials (typically workers between the ages of 18 and 30) because we help address youth unemployment, Mobilize welcomes anyone of legal working age that meet the following requirements.
Here’s what you need to be eligible:
Candidate requirements
- Age 21 or older
- Must be legally able to work in America
- Have high school diploma
- Supply 2 references
- Clean background check
Mobilize responsibilities
- All hiring and HR administration
- Recruitment
- Training
- Employee oversight
- Payroll management
- Benefits, incentives and insurance
Participating business responsibilities
- Provide seasonal placements per role
- Cover housing costs for workers
- Have ethical work standards
